and we have held the largest market share in Thailand.
Catering to the increasing demand of our customers, we have expanded our loan portfolio to include various types of loans such as all kinds of car loans, agricultural vehicle title loans, personal loans, Nano finance, and land title deed loans. In addition, we also offer services related to the compulsory car insurance (Act) for facilitating our customers.

Commenced the hire purchase business for both new and
used motorcycles under the name “D.S. Leasing Company Limited.”

Expanded into the personal loan business under the supervision of the Bank of Thailand with the authorization obtained from the Ministry of Finance.

Collaborated with Muangthai Leasing Insurance Broker Company Limited to provide additional services to customers utilizing the company’s loan services.

Registered to enter the Stock Exchange of Thailand and commenced trading on 26th November, 2014.

•Started providing Nano finance under the supervision of the Bank of Thailand with the authorization obtained from the Ministry of Finance
•Expanded loan services to the southern region starting with the opening of the first branch in Surat Thani Province.
2561
• The Company changed the name from Muangthai Leasing Public Company Limited to Muangthai Capital Public Company Limited.
•Introduced the “Muangthai Capital 4.0” mobile application to enhance notification and installment checking channels, providing greater convenience to customers.
2562
•Obtained a license for personal loans under the new supervision of the Bank of Thailand to operate unsecured personal loan businesses for vehicle registration pawn loan.
•Established a subsidiary company, Muangthai Leasing Company Limited, to engage in new motorcycle hire-purchase loan business.
2564
The Company relocated the head office to 332/1 Jaransanitwong Road, Bangplad Sub-district, Bangplad District, Bangkok 10700 on 22nd February, 2021.
2565
Established a subsidiary company named Muangthai Pay Later Company Limited to provide credit for general merchandise or agricultural products.
